The phase comparator may be taken
only by the
handle
, i.e. up to the
hand
guard
.
The
handguard
and the
red ring
limit
the
insulating part
. The phase compa
rator may contact live or non-earthed
installations only between the test elec
trode/contact electrode and the
red
ring
(see Fig. 2.5 and page 36).
2.6 Indication
The PHV I Phase Comparator has to
be handled to ensure that the indication
(function) can always be seen. There
fore, the local light conditions have to
be taken into consideration (e.g. influ
ences due to sunlight) (see page 36)
