Dopo aver eseguito il posizionamento è possibile effettuare l’al-
lacciamento della pompa al circuito del prodotto operando
come segue:
ATTENZIONE: per le connessioni della pompa impie-
gare unicamente raccordi con filettature gas cilindri-
co di materiale compatibile con il fluido da pompare
e con il materiale di costruzione della pompa. ES.: pompa in
PP = racc. PP
1. Installare sull’attacco di mandata e scarico una valvola manua-
le a sfera (a passaggio totale) di uguale diametro all’attacco della
pompa (mai più piccola) per garantire l’intercettazione del fluido in
caso di perdite e/o future manutenzioni.
2 Provvedere all’installazione dei manicotti per il fissaggio dei tubi
flessibili su entrambe le valvole manuali.
ATTENZIONE: i tubi di allacciamento alla pompa
devono essere di tipo FLESSIBILE E RINFORZA-
TO CON SPIRALE RIGIDA di diametro mai inferiore
all’attacco della pompa. Per fluidi viscosi impiegare tubi con
DIAMETRO MAGGIORATO specialmente sull’aspirazione.
È vietato l’allacciamento DIRETTO alla pompa con tubi rigidi,
metallici ( sulle pompe in plastica ) e/o con filettatura conica,
in quanto possono provocare forti sollecitazioni e/o vibrazio-
ni e la rottura delle connesioni e di altre parti della pompa.
USARE SEMPRE GIUNTI FLESSIBILI CON RACCORDI DEL-
LO STESSO MATERIALE DELLA POMPA. (PP CON PP/ PVDF
CON PVDF).
È vietato anche l’utilizzo di sostanze frena filetti e/o teflon
in pasta. L’installatore dovrà avere cura del centraggio dei
raccordi durante il montaggio onde evitare crepe e/o cedi-
menti dei filetti.
Controllare inoltre che un eventuale eccesso di nastro in
PTFE e una eccessiva pressione di serraggio non sforzi le
connessioni o altre parti della pompa.
Prestare particolare attenzione a fenomeni di tensocorrosio-
ne. Il materiale della pompa può degradare per via dell’azione
combinata di corrosione e applicazione di un carico causan-
do la rottura improvvisa ed inaspettata delle parti sottoposte
a stress, specialmente a temperature limite.
3 Provvedere all’allacciamento del tubo di aspirazione e mandata.
Verificare che le tubazioni di allacciamento alla pompa siano pu-
lite al loro interno e che non contengano assolutamente residui
di lavorazione
4 Provvedere al fissaggio dei tubi con apposite fascette.
ATTENZIONE: supportare adeguatamente le tubazio-
ni; LE TUBAZIONI DEVONO ESSERE SUFFICIENTE-
MENTE RESISTENTI DA NON DEFORMARSI SOTTO
ASPIRAZIONE E NON DEVONO MAI GRAVARE IN ALCUN
MODO SULLA POMPA E VICEVERSA.
ATTENZIONE: controllare che nel fluido trattato
non vi siano o non vi possano essere parti solide
di dimensioni elevate o forma dannosa e che non
ci siano restrizioni sull’aspirazione e/o sulla mandata della
pompa per evitare fenomeni rispettivamente di cavitazio-
ne e sforzo del motore elettrico o funzionamento a secco.
L’allacciamento del circuito del prodotto è così terminato.

ALLACCIAMENTO DEL CIRCUITO PRODOTTO
After having correctly positioned the plant, proceed with connect-
ing the pump to the product circuit, as follows:
WARNING: To connect the pump only use connec-
tions with cylindrical gas threads made with materials
compatible with the fluid to be pumped and with the
pump materials. E.g: pump in PP = connections in PP
1. On the suction and delivery, install a manual ball valve (full
bore) with a diameter equal to the connection to the pump (never
smaller), to ensure fluid shut-off in case of leaks and/or future
maintenance.
2. Proceed with installation of pipe couplings for fastening the
flexible pipes on to both of the manual valves.
WARNING: The connection pipes to the pump must
be FLEXIBLE, RIGID SPIRAL REINFORCED pipes
never with a smaller diameter than the connection of
the pump. For viscous fluids, use pipes with an OVERSIZED
DIAMETER, particularly in suction.
Do not attach the pump DIRECTLY with rigid metal pipes (on
plastic pumps) and/or pipes with tapered thread, as they can
cause severe stress and/or vibrations and breakage of the
connections and other parts of the pump.
Always use flexible joints with fittings made of the same
material of the pump (PP with PP, PVDF with PVDF)
Do not use threadlockers and/or Teflon paste. The installer
must ensure that the fittings are centred during assembly to
prevent cracks and/or to prevent the threads from yielding.
Also check that any excess PTFE tape and excessive clamp-
ing pressure does not place stress on the connection or other
parts of the pump.
Pay particular attention to stress corrosion cracking. The
pump material may deteriorate due to the combined action of
corrosion and application of a load, which may cause parts
subjected to stress to break suddenly and unexpectedly,
especially at low temperatures
3. Proceed to connect the product suction and delivery pipes to
their respective joints.
Check if the connection tubes to the pump are clean inside and
do no contain any working residue.
4. Proceed with fastening the pipes with appropriate metal rings.
WARNING: the pipes must be adequately suppor-
ted; PIPES MUST BE STRONG ENOUGH NOT TO
DEFORM IN SUCTION AND MUST NEVER WEIGHT
THE PUMP DOWN OR VICEVERSA
WARNING: Check that the treated fluid does not or
could not contain solid matters of a large size or with
a potentially damaging shape and that the intake
and/or delivery ports are not obstructed in order to avoid
cavitation or electric motor strain or dry operation.
The circuit connection is now completed.
