Para la sustitución del intercambiador neumático de las bombas
MICROBOXER, es necesario:
ATENCIÓN: en caso de que se deba enviar la bomba
de vuelta al fabricante o a un centro de asistencia,
previamente deberá vaciarse de producto. En caso
de productos tóxicos, nocivos o peligrosos para la salud,
el amortiguador debe tratarse y lavarse convenientemente
antes de enviarlo.

Desmontar los colectores de aspiración e impulsión qui-
tando los elementos de sujeción.
A2.
Desmontar los dos cuerpos de la bomba quitando los

Quitar la tuerca de bloqueo de las membranas en ambos
circuitos.
A4.
Sacar las membranas en los dos lados de la bomba.
To replace the pneumatic exchanger in MICROBOXER pumps
you must:
WARNING: Should the pump be returned to the
manufacturer or to the service center, you must
empty it out completely. If toxic, noxious or other
types of dangerous products have been used, the pump
must be suitably treated and washed before it is sent.

Disassemble the intake and delivery manifolds by removing

Disassemble the two pump casings by removing the rel-

Remove the external diaphragm locking cap from both
the circuits.

Remove the diaphragms from both sides of the pump.

Sacar el casquillo de accionamiento neumático del cuerpo
central.

Sacar la tapa y extraer el distribuidor monoestable del aire.

Sustituir el casquillo de accionamiento con el eje de conexión
y el distribuidor monoestable con un recambio original de las
mismas características.
ATENCIÓN: Los intercambiadores neumáticos no
se deben abrir, para evitar el remontaje incorrecto
y los consiguientes problemas de funcionamiento
de la bomba.

Montar de nuevo la bomba repitiendo las operaciones en orden
inverso y efectuar un apriete uniforme de los pernos de sujeción.
La sustitución del intercambiador neumático de la MICROBO-
XER termina de este modo, de modo que se puede proceder
a recolocar la bomba y a efectuar las conexiones como se ha
explicado en los Capítulos anteriores.

Remove the pneumatic command bushing from the central
body.

Unscrew the plug and withdraw the monosyable air
distributor.
A7.
Replace the command bushing with the connection shaft and the mono-
stable distributor with original spare parts having the same characteristics.
WARNING To avoid incorrect reassembly and sub-
seguent malfunction of the pump the air exchang-
ers must not be open.
A8.
Reassemble the pump according to the previously de-
VFULEHGVHTXHQFHEXWLQUHYHUVHRUGHUDQGWLJKWHQWKH¿[LQJ
bolts evenly.
Replacement of the pneumatic exchanger of a MICROBOX-
(5SXPS¿QLVKHVKHUH<RXFDQQRZUHSRVLWLRQWKHSXPS
and reconnect it as described in the previous sections.
