ATENCIÓN: antes de intervenir sobre la bomba y/o
realizar operaciones de mantenimiento o reparación
es necesario que:

Descargue el producto que se está bombeando y cierre las
válvulas manuales de interceptación del producto (aspiración
e impulsión).

Seccione la alimentación del aire mediante la correspon-

interrumpir la alimentación del aire aguas arriba.

Utilice las adecuadas protecciones individuales antes de
intervenir (máscaras protectora para la cara, guantes, calza-
do cerrado, delantales,
etc.): PELIGRO DE PÉRDIDAS DE
FLUIDO BAJO PRESION.
WARNING: before intervening on the pump and/or
performing any maintenance or repair, you must:

. discharge the product being pumped and close the product
on-off valves (both on the intake and delivery sides).

tación del aire o el racor, efectuar la limpieza externa

haya entrado polvo en el distribuidor neumático.

Desconectar el tubo de alimentación de aire comprimido de
la bomba.
3.
Desmontar y quitar la bomba del lugar de instalación con ins-
trumentos elevadores adecuados.
NOTA:
utilizar la tabla de piezas de recambio para las
secuencias de desmontaje y remontaje de la bomba en las
intervenciones que se describirán más abajo.

Before restarting the pump, ensure that no powder
has entered the pneumatic distributor.

Disconnect the compressed air supply pipe from the pump.
3.
Disassemble and remove the pump from its place of instal-
lation using suitable hoisting equipment.
REMARK
: refer to the relevant spare parts table for the
order of assembly and reassembly when carrying out
the above operations.
