Laser Controller Errors
When the error of this category takes place, the following error messages are possible:

Communication Error
There is no response from
laser Main Controller through
COM port within required
timeout period.
The software will
automatically reset the error
when communication between
controllers is re-established. If
the problem persists, call
Customer Service for

Laser Master Controller
Error
There was unrecognized
response from laser Main
Controller through COM port.
Restart the laser. If the
problem persists, call
Customer Service for
assistance.
Handpiece Error
There was no response from
the handpiece to User
Interface Controller within
required timeout period. May
also indicate handpiece zoom
lens movement malfunction.
The software will
automatically reset the error
when communication between
controller and handpiece is re-
established. If the problem
persists, call Customer Service
for assistance.
System Is Too Cold
Water Temperature in the
laser cooling system is less
than 15 °C
Laser Controller will not allow
system start until water
temperature is within normal
range. Warm up the room and
wait until water temperature
will increase above 15 °C,
then start the laser as usual.
