These glasses are designed to protect the person operating the POLYLASE™ LP Dual
Alexandrite/Nd:YAG Laser, as well as the patient and others who may be in the room.
They are designed to provide OD>6.0 at 755 nm and 1064 nm. Their shape is designed to
protect the wearer at various angles. Two pairs are included with each system.

The laser is powered up by turning the supplied key in the switch located on the upper-
front console. One key is included with each system.

located. It serves as an informative warning to those who wish to enter the room that
