Two independent power slot frames are provide in the boxes of DCRS-9808 and
DCRS-9816, one for system power, the other for POE power. DCRS-9808 uses 2 +1
redundant power supplies, DCRS-9816 uses 3 +1 redundant power supplies. The power
system works in an automatic load-balancing mode. With only on module in use, all power
relies on it, while with several power modules available, they work together to provide the
power with balanced load.
The power module of DCRS-9808 locates on the right side of its box, while that of
DCRS-9816 at the bottom, both of them connected to the backplane of the box through
special interface. The power modules fix themselves with the bayonets connector on them
to the boxes, each controlled by a power control switch. Please turn on both control
switches to make the powers operate normally. The power modules also support hot-plug.
For changing power supply modules, it is not necessary to open the chassis. You may turn
off the switches of corresponding power supply modules for changing the modules.
1.4.4.1.1 Power module Front Panel
The front panel of MRS-9800-AC is equipped with power supply switches, power
supply indicators as well as ventilating and cooling port and a handle for inserting and
pulling out the modules. The power of MRS-9800-AC receives input from the front with the
AC input locating at the prong panel.

1.4.4.1.2 LED
There are three LED for MRS-9800-AC front panel, they are AC OK, DC OK and
