Inspect the Counterweight Base for structural defects or damage including, but
not limited to: bends, corrosion, and cracks.
Verify that there is no missing concrete from the Counterweight Boxes.
The Counterweight Base should be periodically greased using the grease fitting
(A) located on all M200 Jib Booms. See Figure 10 for reference.

Verify that all labels are present and fully legible.

Additional Fall Protection equipment (winches, SRDs, etc.) that is used with the
system should be installed and inspected per the manufacturer instructions.
