Firebox Preparation

1. Remove the (6) screws that secure the burner to the fireplace. Set the screws aside for reinstallation.

2. Remove the burner by lifting the assembly straight up and remove it from the fireplace.

3. Use a 1/4" driver to remove the screws (4) screws (1 on each end of both log grates) that secure the log grates

to the fireplace. Set the screws aside for reinstallation.
