HWKeyLockFNOff and HWKeyLockFNOn control the state of the keys
when the function mode is OFF or ON. Each of the keywords is an 8

Example:
HWKeyLockFNOff=34
disables the BL (2) and S2 (32) buttons when the function mode is not
set.
HWKeyLockFNOn=128
disables the KEY (128) button when the function mode is set.
HWKeyLockFNOff
Control the state of the keys when function mode is
OFF.
0 = default.
Bit 1 (1): PWR
Bit 2 (2): BL
Bit 3 (4): +
Bit 4 (8): -
Bit 5 (16): S1
Bit 6 (32): S2
Bit 7 (64): FN
Bit 8 (128): KEY
HWKeyLockFNOn
Control the state of the keys when function mode is
OFF.
0 = default.
Same bitmask as HWKeyLockFNOff.
NOTE
Be aware that if you control the PWR button, you can lock
the Rhino II. If the startup mode is set to IGN and PWR and
you disable the PWR button, this will block the Rhino II
from being powered up.
