4.6.7 Light head and arm fixing 

 
Lubricate the Spigot and insert arm into downtube and tighten the thumb screw.

  

 
 
 

 

 

 

Care should be taken not to over tighten the screw. 

 
 
 
 

 

 

Now simply attach the cables using the DC jacks coming 

 

 

 

out of the arm and the downtube together. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The light can now be tested by applying power and pressing the power button on the 
back of the head. 
 
Check the arm and head for smooth and correct movement. Your new DARAY light is 
now ready for use.
