Provides utilities for the following:

Downloading the configuration to a TL1 GPP database.

Uploading a configuration from a TL1 GPP database.

Generates reports on the configuration.

TILITIES
Copies the files associated with the configuration for the follow-
ing purposes:

To backup the files.

To transfer the files to another computer.

To use the files as the basis for creating a new configuration.

To delete the configuration from the computer.
