This product complies with UL60065 7th edition.
THIS PRODUCT MUST BE GROUNDED. Use only a flexible cable or cord with a green or green
/ yellow core which must be connected to the protective ground terminal of a suitable
mains plug or the ground terminal of the installation. The cord must be a maximum of 6’
long, be 14AWG, have a rating SJ, SJT, SJE or 300/500V H05W-‐F and be marked VW-‐1.
THIS PRODUCT IS DESIGNED FOR PERMANENT INSTALLATION. It must be fitted in to a 19”
rack enclosure and not operated unless so installed. The rack enclosure should be open at
the front and back to allow free ventilation and movement of air through the product.

this family of devices, complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the

device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
