14.0  Domestic hot water

14.1 Domestic hot water temperature control

Factory-setting of the controller is 50°C for the domestic hot water

temperature. In periods with higher demands the controller set-

tings can be changed in accordance with the enclosed producer

instructions.

Installation & Maintenance

ECL Comfort 300/C66

14.2 2-vay valve + actuator

The ECL 300 variants are supplied with an 2-way valve VS2 or VM2

and an electronic actuator AM10 or 150, which in combination

with the ECL controller controls the DHW circuit.

The electrical actuator has undergone a functional test from fac-

tory. In case of operating disturbances the actuator can be closed

manually.

Close the actuator by turning the manual override knob on top of

actuator counter-clockwise.

Please see enclosed instructions,

Electrical actuator AMV

2-vay valve

The H 28/35/42 substations are supplied with connection pipes

for domestic hot water cylinder on the primary side.

The substations H 228/235/242 with ECL 200 include no control

equipment for the domestic hot water cylinder.

The substations H 328/335/342 with ECL 300 are supplied with a

2-way valve and an actuator, which in combination with the ECL

300 controller controls the domestic hot water temperature in the

cylinder.

Further more an immersion sensor for installation in a sensor poc-

ket in the cylinder is supplied separately for the H 328/335/342

with ECL 300.

For further information please see page 12.
