This warranty is available only
to the person to whom the

originally soldby Danby Products Umited (Canada) or Danby Products Inc.(U.S.A.) (hereafter
'Danby") or by anauthorizeddistributor of Danby,andis non-transferable.
TERMS OF WARRANTY
Plastic parts,are warrantedfor thirty (30) days only frompurchase date,with no extensions provided.
First 24 Months During the first
twenty
four (24) months,any functional parts of thisproduct found to be defective, will be repaired or replaced,at
wananto(s option,
at
no charge to the ORIGINALpurchaser.
To obtain
Selvice
It will be the consume(s responsibility to transport the appliance (at their own expense) to the original retailer (point of purchase) or a
service depot for repair.Contact yourdealer from whom your unwas purchased,or contact your nearest authorizedDanby service
depot,where service must beperfonned by a quaiWied service technician.
If service is perfonnedon theunit by anyone other thanan authorizedservice depot,or theunit is used for commercialapplication,all
obligations of Danby under this warranty shall
be
void.
Nothing within this warranty shallimply that Danby willbe responsible or liable for &rrJ spoilage or damage to foodor other contents of this appliance,whether due
to &rrJ defect of the appliance,or

use,whether proper or improper.
EXCLUSIONS
Save asherein provided,Danby, there are noother warranties,conditions,representations or guarantees,express or implied,made or intended by Danby or its
authorized distributors andallother warranties,conditions,representa1ions or guarantees,includingany warranties,conditions,representations or guarantees
under

Sale of Goods
Act
or likelegislation or statueis hereby expressly excluded.Save as herein provided,Danby shallnot
be
responsible for any damages
topersons or property,including theunit itself,howsoever causedor any consequentialdamages arising from the malfunction of the unit andby the purchase of
theunit,thepurchaser does hereby agree to indemnify andholdharmless Danby from

claim for damages
to
persons or property caused by the unft.
GENERALPROVISIONS
No warranty orinsurancehereincontainedor set out shallapply when damage or repair is
caused
by &rrJ of the following:
1) Power failure.
2) Damage in transit or when movingthe appliance.
3) Improperpower supply suchas
low
voltage,defectivehouse wiring or inadequate
fuses.
4) Accident, alteration,abuse or misuse of the appliance such as inadequate air circulation in the room or abnonnal operatingconditions
(extremely high or low room temperature).
5) Use for commercialor industrial purposes(ie.If the appliance is
not
installed ina domestic residence).
6) Fire,water damage,theft,war,riot,hostility,acts of Godsuch as hurricanes,Hoods etc.
7)
Service calls resufting in customer education.
8) ImproperInstallation (ie.Building-in of a
free
standing appliance or using anappliance outdoors that is not approved for outdoor application).
Proof of purchase date will be required for warranty claims;so,please retain billof sale. In the event warranty service is required,present this document
to
our
AUTHORIZED SERVICEDEPOT.
