Disconnect the harness connector from
the concerned system (MCU or motor).
Clean connector pins (male,
female or both) with isopropyl
alcohol using a brush.

Turn ignition ON.
Is there any
evidence of a foreign
material in one of the connectors, a
product pin surface damaged, evidence
of dirt or too much protective grease?
(Inspect both male and female
connectors.)
Reconnect the
harness connector
to the product
(MCU or motor).

Remove any foreign material
from the connector.
