correctly according to the phase cable
configurations (Standard or Reverse)
and in line with the MCU
« PhaseCableReversed »
parameter ?
Correct the issue on the
« PhaseCableReversed » parameter and /
or on any phase not correctly connected?
(MCU and motor).
Are all
motor phase resistance
measurements
Access to the motor phase connection point by opening the motor
phase panel, blanket or by removing the motor phase POC.
With an ohmmeter measure that the motor phase resistances
between phases of the same group return a low resistance value.
Group 1 (phase A1, B1 & C1) – phases motor type
Group 2 (Phase A2, B2 & C2) – phases motor type
Group 3 (Phase A3, B3 & C3) – phases motor type
Defective motor.
Replace motor.
