Are there other systems

connected on the same MCU DC side 

that reports or could have a sudden 

loss of insulation ?

Yes

Investigate / correct the issue 

with the other system.

Note the software version on 

the status bar.

Turn ignition ON.

Connect to the MCU with 

ODIN.

Check the compatibility of the 

software flashed to the MCU with the 

one published on the Dana TM4 

extranet site for your system.

Access to your system and 

open all MCU, MOTOR and 

SOFTWARE subfolders under 

your system.

 flashed to the MCU is the up to 

date software as published on the 

Dana TM4 extranet site for your 

system ?

Download and execute the 

software package from the Dana 

TM4 extranet site.

Turn ignition OFF.

Flash the up to date software 

package to the MCU.

Refer to the Appendix section
