7.2  Corrective Maintenance 

 

7.2.1  Field Level 

 

Field level maintenance personal will verify system status and fault indicators received by headquarters via 

remote NMS and report back to headquarters.  

 

7.2.2  Headquarters Level 

 

Headquarters maintenance personal will determine the cause and give instructions to field level maintenance 

personal to remove and replace the failed unit. 

 

7.2.3  Manufacturer Level 

 

Dali will troubleshoot the returned failed unit and repair or replace the unit as deemed necessary.
