The operator can set the transition time between brightness levels (how long it takes
for the sign to change brightness levels between day and night settings). For example,
shows the transition from the 100% brightness level during the day to the
maximum nighttime brightness level of 20% will take 60 minutes. The transition from the
20% brightness level during the night to the maximum daytime brightness level of 100%
will take 30 minutes. This difference in transition time is shown in the graph.
