4.15 Discharge Pipe Temperature Control

Method of Error
Detection An error is determined with the temperature detected by the discharge pipe thermistor.
Error Decision
Conditions
„
If the temperature detected by the discharge pipe thermistor rises above A , the compressor
stops.
„
The error is cleared when the discharge pipe temperature has dropped below B .
09 class
If the frequency drops, the temperature is lowered in compensation.
12/15 class
„
If the error repeats, the system is shut down.
„
Reset condition: Continuous run for about 60 minutes without any other error

Defective discharge pipe thermistor
(Defective outdoor heat exchanger thermistor or outdoor temperature thermistor)

Defective electronic expansion valve or coil

Refrigerant shortage

connectors, or parts may be damaged.
