hexagon socket head
screws at the time of fan
assembly work: 4.5±0.4N·m
Motor mounting bracket
Precautions for fan motor
mounting
•
Mount the motor so that the
motor label will be located
next to the fixing screws of
the motor mounting bracket
(see part A).
•
Clamp the motor lead wires
securely as they were.
(Make sure that the lead
wires will not come in
contact with any rotating
parts.)
(Make sure that the lead
wires will not come in
contact with any high-
temperature parts.)
•
Check that the fan rotor
rotates free of eccentricity.
(FBQ100 to 140 only)

Loosen the 2 hexagon
socket head screws on
the coupling with a
hexagonal wrench.

Slide the coupling to the
right-hand side.
4. Removal of motor

Remove the 2 fixing
screws and dismount
the motor mounting
brackets.

Dismount the motor
provided with fan rotor
(1).
5. Removal of fan motor
1
Loosen the fixing
screws of fan rotor (1)
with a hexagonal
wrench.

Pull out the fan rotor
and dismount the fan
motor.
