Procedure
Warning Be sure to wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power
supplies before disassembling work.

1. Inspect the drain pan.
Drain pan inspection through
the service port
Precautions for the removal
and attachment of the
service lid (1)
<Removal>
•
Check that the wires are not
twisted or get tangled.
<Attachment>
1. Attach the lid (1) after
checking that the wires are
not twisted or tangled.
2. Check that the wires are not
caught between the lid (1)
and side plate.
3. Open the inspection port
after attachment work, and
check that the wires are not
in contact with or caught by
the float and that the float
operates normally.
(Otherwise, repeat
inspection steps 1 through
3.)
The antibacterial agent can
be removed with a single
screw loosened.
Precautions for the
attachment of the drain pan
•
Return the removed screws
to the original positions.
•
Mount the drain pan
horizontally. (Check that no
sealing material is peeled
off.)

Remove the 5 screws
and dismount the
service lid (1).

Inspect the drain pan
(where water is
gathered).
2. Dismount the drain pan.

Remove the rubber
plug of the water drain
and discharge water
from the drain pan.
(Securely connect the
rubber plug with an
appropriate tool, such
as a screwdriver, after
water is discharged.)

Remove the 2 screws
and dismount the drain
socket cover (2).
3
Remove the following
(implanted) screws and
dismount the backside
panel.

Remove the following
(implanted) screws and
dismount the backside
panel.
FBQ71: 7 screws
FBQ100 to 140: 9
screws

Dismount the drain pan
