Must-read! For the driver and everyone
For safe refueling
You may want sit in the car again when
refueling. In this case, please do remove static
electricity by touching a metal part of the
machine, before you finish re-fueling.
During refueling operations, when opening
the fuel cap, please always remove static
electric charge first.
Always grasp the knob of the cap, when
opening the fuel cap
.
At high temperatures,
there is increased pressure in the fuel tank,
and it may cause spitting of fuel from the
filler neck.
When refueling, please insert the nozzle into
the filler neck securely. Also, please do not
top up after refueling automatic stops
working. Fuel may come spilling down from
the fuel supply port.
The refueling machine may not be properly
lubricated if auto stop is activated as soon as
possible. Please follow the instructions to call
the gas station attendant.
After completion of refueling, turn the cap to
the right until "click" sound is heard. When
closing the fuel cap, please make sure that
it is securely closed.
Knob part
If the sound of "shoo" is heard when the fuel
cap is loosened slightly, please confirm to
open slowly without opening anymore until
sound does not appear
Please do not use (other than specified)
genuine fuel cap.
In addition, please observe the precautions
that have been posted in the petrol station.
If fuel is spilled during refueling stop
refueling immediately, please wipe with a
cloth the spilled fuel.
Please do not inhale the fuel vapours
Fuel contains harmful carcinogens. Be careful.
If the spilled fuel has adhered to the painted
surfaces of the car wash is recommended.
If it remains adhered, there is a possibility
that the painted surface is degraded.
Do not bring other people close to the filler
neck.
