If you do not observe the following, there is
dangerous risk of serious injury, such as
burns.
Please be sure to turn off the engine.
Please close the door & car windows.
Keep sources of fire away.
Before opening the fuel cap, touch a bare
metal part of the vehicle or filling machines,
etc. to remove static electricity from your
body. If you are charged with static
electricity the discharge or spark, can
result in fire.
For refueling, before opening fuel cap,
please ensure the person always removes
static charge in the body.
There is a charge if re-contact with people
and things that touched the seat in the car.
During refueling, please do remove static
electricity by touching a metal part of the
machine, such as re-fueling.
Always grasp the knob of the cap, when
you open the fuel cap, please open and
that.
At high temperatures, such as
increased pressure in the fuel tank,
there is possibility of fuel spitting from
the filler neck.
If the sound of "shoe" is heard when the
fuel cap is loosened slightly. Please
confirm to open slowly without opening any
more, for it to sound Ru Thomas.
If fuel is spilled during refueling, stop
immediately, and please wipe it off with a
piece of cloth.
If the spilled fuel has adhered to the
painted surfaces, wash is recommend. If it
remains adhered, there is a possibility that
the painted surface is degraded.
Do not bring other people close tothe filler
neck.
When refueling, please insert the nozzle
into the filler neck securely. Also, please do
not top up after refueling automatic stop
working. Fuel may come spilling from the
fuel supply port.
If the refueling machine is not working
properly, auto stop is activated as soon as
possible. Follow the instructions to call the
gas station attendant.
After completion of refueling, turn the cap
to the right until you hear the "click"
sound. When closing the fuel cap ensure
it is securely closed.
Do not use fuel cap other than a genuine
Daihatsu. This is dangerous and can cause
fuel leakage.
Please observe the precautions that have
been posted at the gas station.
Fuel contains harmful carcinogens. Be
careful not to breathe the vapour of fuel.
