Warranty Information

All Daavlin phototherapy equipment (excluding lamps) is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and
material for a period of three (3) years from the date of installation in your home, under normal use and service.
Daavlin will replace or repair any parts that appear to have been defective in material and/or workmanship and, for
the  term  of  the  warranty,  shall  bear  all  costs  related  to  such  defect(s)  including  the  cost  of  parts,  labor  and
shipping.  Daavlin may require that smaller units be sent back to the factory for repair.

During  the  term  of  the  warranty,  Daavlin  will  arrange  for  a  qualified  service  technician  to  repair  or  replace  any
defective  systems  or  components  as  covered  in  accordance  with  the  terms  and  conditions  of  this  warranty.
However,  this  warranty  will  be  declared  null  and  void  if  non-qualified  technicians  perform  any  repair  or
maintenance on the device unless prior written authorization has been obtained from Daavlin.  Even with Daavlin’s
authorization, the company shall not be responsible or liable for

any

such work (in or out of warranty).

In  the  event  that  warranty  service  is  required,  it  will  be  at  Daavlin’s  sole  discretion  whether  subcontractors  or
Daavlin employed technicians will perform the required warranty service work.

This warranty does not apply to any unit which has been used, repaired or altered outside the factory in any way
