Main motor-fan
Direct coupling centrifugal type. Designed to ensure a good
protective barrier even in the case of an exhaust motor-fan failure.
IP55 protection factor
Exhaust motor-fan Direct coupling centrifugal type. Designed to keep the quantity of air
to be extracted constant and to create a protective barrier on the
front opening. Two speeds: a working speed and a double speed
which activates automatically in case of main motor-fan failure. This
second speed ensures the protection of the personnel and the
environment. IP32 protection factor
Speed regulation
Automatic regulation to keep constant air-flow speed (0.40 m/sec)
and the recycled air/extracted air ratio even in the presence of
progressive clogging of the three HEPA filters, up to pressure levels
nearing 36 mm of water column
Speed meter
Continuous monitoring and displaying of the laminar air-flow velocity
in the work chamber and of the protective barrier. These values are
measured by two fan-anemometers unaffected by variations in
temperature and humidity
Front glass Safety glass, hinged to ensure ease of access for large items.
Equipped with gas spring(s) for opening/closing and holding the
window fully open (145° aperture)
Lighting Fluorescent tubes situated outside the work area, medium lighting
