Event

E-Mail Settings

If an event occurs, such as motion detection, or a hard disk failure, the NVR can 

be configured to send an email notification to one or more email addresses. 

Here you can configure the e-mail notification settings.

Sender Email 

Address:

Server 

Address:

User Name:

Password:

Port:

Test:

Input the sender’s e-mail address.

Enter the SMTP (Simple Mail Transport Protocol) server IP address.

Enter the user name for your SMTP account.

Enter the password for your SMTP account.

Enter the port used by your SMTP server. Tick the checkbox here if the 

e-mail server uses the SSL protocol.

Click this button to send a test email and verify whether the settings 

are correct.

Adding Contacts

Step 1: Insert the name of a new contact to receive notifications.
Step 2: Insert the e-mail address of this contact.
Step 3: Click Add.
