This command is used to configure the path cost and port priority parameters for any MST instance
(including the CIST with instance ID 0). To return to the default settings, use the
no form of this command.
spanning-tree mst INSTANCE-ID {cost COST | port-priority PRIORITY}
no spanning-tree mst INSTANCE-ID {cost | port-priority}
Parameters
INSTANCE-ID Specifies the MSTP instance identifier.
cost COST Specifies the path cost for an instance. This value must be between 1
and 200000000.
port-priority PRIORITY Specifies the port priority for an instance. This value must be between
0 and 240 in increments of 16.
