The following fields can be configured:

Group Select
Select the group that the user belongs to.
User Name
Enter the user name of the user.
First Name
Enter the first name of the user.
Last Name
Enter the last name of the user.
Password
Enter the password for the user.
Confirm
Password
Confirm the password for the user.
Binding Device
List
The devices that a user is permitted to log-in from.

associate it with the user.
