To add a new number to your phone book, enter a name in the
Name
field and
the phone number in the
Phone Number
field. The name can be any name
you want to use to identify this phone book entry.
The Phone Number can be an 8-digit mydlink number
−
for a contact to
someone who also has a D-Link IP device. You can also enter VoIP phone
numbers in the form of a SIP URI
(sip:[email protected], is an example of a SIP URI for the e-mail
account [email protected]), or you can enter a PSTN phone number.
Click the
Save
button to save the entry into your
Contact
Management
list.
ContactList Note:
After you modify a
contact or add a new contact using the
mydlink website, you must press the
Handset
Locator
button (see photo at
right) on the front of the DPH-300 base
station to update the ContactList
information in your handset. After you
press the Handset Locator button, your
handset will ring and the LCD will display
“---Paging---”. To stop the handset from
ringing, press the Handset Locator button
again. Your handset ContactList should
be updated.
