You can configure the
My Services
page to forward VoIP phone calls to
another mydlink account, a SIP number, or a PSTN number. You must have
TelTel credits to use the
Call Forwarding
feature, and the forwarded calls will
be billed at the TelTel-Out rate.
Enter the appropriate number or account information in the
Forward
Calls
to:
fields, as shown in the page below.
In order for calls to be forwarded, you must put a check mark in the box in
front of the entry and click the
Submit
button. If you check more than one
entry, calls will be simultaneously forwarded to all selected numbers. Also,
since calls forwarded to ordinary (PSTN) phone numbers are charged at the
applicable TelTel Out rate, you must also have sufficient calling credit (Bonus
credits or TelTel credits) to complete the calls.
You can navigate through the mydlink website by selecting a folder tab at the
top of the page, and then a category within the selected folder from the yellow
bar under the tab.
Contact Management
is the next category under the
My Services
tab.
Selecting this category will open the page shown below.
