If using the TAKE-UP shaft.
Removing the take up-roll while printing is NOT possible. Must pause or cancel the print before removing
the take-up roll.
1.
Using the fixation unit’s control panel STOP the take-up unit.
2.
Make sure the up/down roller is the up position.
3.
Cut as indicated below.
4.
Release the latches and remove the roll from the take-up shaft.
5.
Place an empty core to the take-up shaft.
6.
Place back the shaft in the take-up unit and close both latches.
7.
Feed some media by pushing the FEEDING in the touch panel.
8.
Attach the media’s end to the empty core.
9.
Using the fixation unit’s control panel turn on the take-up unit.
