CAUTION

Make sure the 28VDC power supply is OFF when connecting the power / RS-232 cable to the unit

or damage may occur.

NOTE

The CNS4 typically does not have an Ethernet cable attached to GBE3.
All connections to the CS4 are on the front panel (Figure 4.5). Be sure the external 28VDC power

supply is off when making connections.
