3. Test Fit the Blind Mount
Perform a test fit of the HORIZONTAL
BLIND MOUNT by snapping the mount
onto the E-Wand [Fig. 3.4]. Slide the
mount up or down along the CONTROL
HOUSING until your blind’s tilt gear stem
and the E-Wand ATTACHMENT HOOK
can be seen through the cutout in the
blind mount. Be sure the bottom of the
horizontal blind mount is resting above
the two sensor switches [Fig. 3.5].

Verify that the blind mount can rest
completely flush to the header [Fig. 3.6]
AND that the blind slats resting in the
fully open position are not touching the
E-Wand [Fig. 3.7].

Proper positioning will have the E-Wand
protrude out slightly to not make contact
with the blind slats and have the blind
mount make full contact with the
headrail [Fig. 3.8 and Fig. 3.9]. If there is a
fit issue, proceed to Step 4.
