Phương pháp nấu cơm

Cơm được nấu bằng nồi áp suất này có một lớp màu vàng ở phía dưới. Đó là do nồi được thiết kế để cho lượng nước có trong hạt

gạo đã được hấp thụ vào bên trong, tạo nên hiện tượng Melanogenesis, mang tới mùi vị thơm ngon cho cơm. Đặc biệt, khi sử dụng

tính năng "Nấu hẹn giờ", hạt gạo được ngâm trong thời gian dài sẽ tạo ra một lớp bột gạo mịn ở đáy nồi nên so với "nấu bình

thường", hiện tượng Melanogenesis sẽ được tăng lên.

※ 

Trường hợp nấu gạo trắng được trộn lẫn với ngũ cốc, hiện tượng Melanogene (bột gạo mịn) sẽ được tăng lên so với "nấu gạo trắng".

Melanogenesis (bột gạo mịn)

Ấn nút thời gian để cài đặt thời gian. (Vui lòng tham khảo hướng dẫn nấu cho từng menu)

1. Nhấn nút thời gian sẽ tăng thời gian hấp / hầm thêm 5 phút.

2. Nhấn và giữ để tăng thời gian cài đặt liên tục.

3. Có thể cài đặt thời gian hấp/hầm từ 10 ~ 90 phút.

Phương pháp hấp/hầm

Hướng dẫn vệ sinh tự động (khử trùng).

Xoay nắm điều chỉnh

- Khi nấu gạo đã được bảo quản trong thời gian dài hoặc đã khô, còn ít lượng nước, cơm dễ bị khô tơi hoặc chưa chín.

- Đối với gạo khô đã hơn 1 năm kể từ khi thu hoạch hoặc gạo đã lưu trữ lâu sau khi mua, lượng nước trong gạo rất ít nên nếu bằng

menu gạo cũ thì cơm sẽ ngon hơn. (tùy theo trạng thái bảo quản và lượng nước trong gạo mà có thể hình thành melanogenesis.)

- Tùy thuộc vào điều kiện bảo quản và lượng nước của gạo, cơm có thể khác nhau.

Vo gạo sạch cho tới khi được nước trong. Do bảo quản trong thời gian dài thì chất lượng sẽ giảm nên cần mua lượng ít để sử dụng.

Ngoài ra, gạo khô sẽ làm cho vị của cơm không ngon và khi giữ ấm, sẽ gây ra mùi.

Tính năng nấu gạo cũ

1. Đổ nước vào trong nồi cho tới mức nước 2 của gạo trắng rồi đóng

nắp, xoay núm điều chỉnh nắp sang phía khóa.

2. ẤN NÚT TỰ ĐỘNG LÀM SẠCH HAI LẦN VÀ CHỌN CHƯƠNG

Cài đặt thời gian hấp bằng tay.

• Sau khi chọn menu nấu gạo trắng áp suất, ấn nút Nấu cơm áp suất/gạo trắng nhanh hoặc chọn menu nấu gạo trắng

nhanh thì nồi sẽ nấu gạo trắng nhanh và thời gian nấu sẽ được giảm xuống. (Mất khoảng 13 phút cho hai phần cơm trắng)

• Cơm nấu ở chế độ này không ngon bằng khi nấu thường nên chú ý chỉ sử dụng cho 6 phần ăn trở xuống.

• Trước khi nấu, ngâm gạo khoảng 20 phút thì khi nấu nhanh, cơm sẽ ngon hơn.
