300g of wheat flour (strong flour),
5g of yeast, 8g of sugar, 3g of
salt, 23g of butter, 12g of milk
powder, 160g of water
1. When the fermentation is completed by the 'Bread Fermentation'
menu, open the lid to check if the dough is expanded to be around
double the size before the second fermentation.
2. Close the lid, and select 'oven' in the 'Home baking' option in 'Cooking'
from the display panel.
3. Set your desired baking time and press the
Pressure Cook
button.
4. When the baking is completed, take the bread out and cool it down.
Apple pie

[Dough ingredients]
2 and a half cups of weak flour, 120 g of
refrigerated butter,
a little salt
[Filler ingredients]
2 apples, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 2T of lemon
juice, a little cinnamon powder,
1 egg yolk
1. Sift the weak flour in a fine sifter twice or three times, add salt and butter,
and knead the dough.
2. Knead until the surface of dough becomes smooth, and when the dough
does not stick to your hands, wrap it with vinyl and keep it in the refrigerator.
(If the dough sticks to your hands, add a little more flour and knead it.)
3. Completely wash the apples, peel them, and cut into four pieces. Then cut them
to be thin.
4. Put apples, brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon powder in a pot, and boil
them down.
5. Take out the dough from the refrigerator, and scatter flour on a cutting board
and a push stick to prevent the dough from sticking to the cutting board
and the push stick. Then, push and fold the dough around five times.
6. Put the dough in the inner pot, make it into a shape of pie, and poke the
bottom with a fork. (Here, make the edge higher than the bottom, and make
a round line which is 1cm thick.)
7. Add the filler ingredients on the dough, and pour the remaining syrup evenly.
8. Beat the egg yolk, and pour it on the edge of the dough.
9. Lock the cover, press the
Menu/Selection
button to select 'Oven,' and set
the heat to H: 4 and the cooking time needed 40 minutes.
Then,
press the Pressure Cook
button.
10. After cooking is finished, put a dish in the inner pot, and turn them over to
take the pie out. (Please be careful since the inner pot is very hot.)

1. Pour milk in the inner pot.
2. Lock the cover, press the
Menu/Selection
button to select 'Slow Cook,'
and set the heat to be H: 2 and the cooking time needed 8 hours.
Then, press the
Pressure Cook
button.
3. After cooking is finished, put the boiled milk in another container.

1 onion, 2 spring onions, 3 whole bulbs of garlic.
2 carrots, 2 celeries, 1 bay leaf, 6 parsley stems,
1/2 T of whole peppers, 7 cups of water, 2 cups
of tomato sauce
1. Finely the chop onions, celeries, carrots, spring onions, and parsley
stems.
2. Crush the whole bulbs of garlic.
3. Put all the ingredients in the inner pot, lock the cover, and press the
Menu/Selection
button to select 'Steam.'
Then, set the heat to be H: 3 and the cooking time needed 50 minutes,
and press the
Pressure Cook
button.
4. After cooking is finished, strain all the ingredients in the inner pot
through a sieve, and use only the broth.

One onion, one tomato,
a little garlic, 4T of oil
1. Finely chop the onion, tomato, and garlic.
2. Grease the inner pot, and put in the ingredients.
3. Turn the cover handle to lock with the cover open, press the
Menu/Selection
button to select 'Brown Fry,' and set the needed
cooking time. 15 minutes. Then, press the
Pressure Cook
button.
* Until cooking is finished, constantly stir to prevent the ingredients from
sticking to the inner
