6. Checking the hydraulic clutch
1) Clutch disk
Measure the clutch disk thickness and check
the wear of disk. In case of the depth of
groove of disk is out of service limit, replace
the disk.
Depth of groove ;
Standard value : [0.0028~0.0079 in.]
Service limit : [0.0012 in.]
2) Steel plate
Check the flatness of steel plate . In case
that the flatness of steel plate is out of
service limit, replace the steel plate.
Flatness ;
Standard value : Less than [0.0059 in.]
Service limit : [0.0118 in.]
3) Piston and Seal ring
Check the wear of piston and seal ring.
