3 1 2 HV DTemp-M controller
HV DTemp-M controllers handle the addressing and power supply of the sensors. They
record the digital signals of the temperature sensors and transmit the temperature
values to the central unit (Fig. 3-2). One controller provides 16 digital inputs
for up to 16
(HV DTemp-M16) or 64 measuring points (HV DTemp-M64). The 4-pin sockets

are used to

connect the controller to the central unit HV DTemp-P using a high-voltage-safe cable
or
f
daisy-chain the controller to a further controller using a connection cable.
It is possible to connect up to eight

HV DTemp-Mx controllers to one HV DTemp-P central
unit, depending on the license and thus the maximum number of measuring points.
