SuperLobe: A SuperLobe is a way to group a section of Virtual Mic positions together, so
that when one of the Virtual Mic positions pings audio to the Microphone Device, the
Camera Device will set the camera shot on the SuperLobe position rather than the specific
Virtual Mic position.
Virtual Mic SuperLobe Setting
To configure SuperLobes, select Modify Sublobes on the Virtual Mic that is going to be the
Superlobe to enter sublobe mode. Sublobe mode is the tool that allows the grouping of
Virtual Mics.
Once in sublobe mode, select all of the other Virtual Mic positions that are to be grouped
together. A red circle will appear around each selected Virtual Mic, indicating that they are
now children of the SuperLobe. The SuperLobe being the parent is marked with a gray
circle around the Virtual Mic.
To remove a child from the SuperLobe, reselect the Virtual Mic position when in sublobe
mode. SubLobes of a SuperLobe are indicated on the SuperLobe Virtual Mic, under the
SubLobes title. Once the SubLobes are configured, select the blue Done button to confirm
changes.
NOTE: The camera shot for the SuperLobe can still be changed and saved with the PTZ
controls. Treat the SuperLobe as if it were just a Virtual Mic position in the room layout when
adjusting the Virtual Mic settings.
