4. Refer to the diagram below. By hand, undock the touchpanel by pulling
the upper edge of the touchpanel outward and remove the touchpanel.
Remove Touchpanel
5. Refer to the diagram below. Re-install the access hole plug into the access
hole.

TROUBLE
POSSIBLE CAUSE(S)
CORRECTIVE ACTION
The DA-1700CW
does not unlatch
the touchpanel.
The touchpanel is not
properly docked.
Adjust the touchpanel to make sure that it is
squarely seated in the DA-1700CW and fully
snapped into position.
The ST-BTPN is not
installed in the touchpanel.
Perform "Manual Undocking of Touchpanel"
and install the ST-BTPN.

The electrical contacts are
dirty.
Perform "Manual Undocking of Touchpanel"
then clean the contacts.
