volume control keys
on the side of the
phone to adjust the
ringer volume in
Standby mode or
earpiece volume
during a call.

Earpiece Volume
To adjust the ringer or key beep
volume:

When the phone’s ringer is in vibrate
mode and attached to an accessory
(Desktop Charger, Hands-Free Car
Kit, etc.), it uses the Standard ringer
type to alert you of incoming calls,
alarms or messages.

so you can tell what kind of call is
coming in by the ringer:
