Step 23 — Side Window Panel:
To ease Panel installation, make sure any Weld nuts on the
inside surfaces of the Posts do not stand out too far. usually,
the Weld nuts can be inset adequately using a hammer
fit the Side Window Panel (BA) into place between the Cor-
ner Posts as shown. The Panel must rest firmly on the deck.
The Panel should rest snugly against the Platform Support.
if the fit is too tight it may help to loosen all of the fasteners
connecting the Corner Posts to the Platform Supports.
fasten the Panel to the Corner Posts using three 5/16 x
2-1/2" lag Screws and flat Washers, as shown. Bore pilot
holes using a 1/4" diameter drill into the Corner Posts prior
to applying the lag Screws.
Step 24 — end Panels and door Panel:
install the remaining three Panels in the same manner used
in the previous step. door Panel is not shown at right.
