How to use the CraftDragon® ImPress for Hot foil Stamping
What is Hot Foil Stamping?
Hot Foil Stamping can be used to decorate and embellish many surfaces and add value to any project. Sometimes also known as foil blocking or
hot foil blocking, it is a high added value dry printing process in which the image is transferred to the surface to be printed by a combination of
heat and pressure.

It can be used to produce true 'reflective metal' printing, and other effects impossible with ink based systems. As a result, hot foil printing can
be used to enhance and add value to conventionally printed stationery, greetings cards, certificates etc.

Being a dry process, there are no problems with fumes or solvent vapours, or mixing inks, and the printed goods can be handled immediately.

The printed image is 100% opaque.

3. Make Ready Mat
4. Foil
5. Chosen substrate
