This section explains the procedure for installing the 

user 

FLASH DIMM Module on the controller 

assembly in the  printer. The procedure is divided into four main steps:

• Removing the Printer Side Cover
•

Installing FLASH DIMMs on the Controller Assembly

•

Replacing the Printer Side Cover

Removing Printer Side Cover

1. 

Ensure that the printer power switch is set to the OFF [ O ] position and unplug the power 

cord from the AC outlet.
