Place the two side top platforms on top of the rails and align the holes over the side top metal piece. Using four bolts, washers,
spring washers, attach the side top platforms to the side top metal piece and only hand tighten. Place a top platform at the end of
one of the side top platforms and attach using four bolts, washers, spring washers and nuts. Continue this process until all of the
top and side top platforms are attached to all of the top and side top metal pieces (see diagram 36, 37 and 38).
Check the alignment but do not tighten.
