To open the door, release the top and bottom door latches, located at the right side
of the door.
NOTE: These door latches make up the spring relief system for the
appliance. Ensure they open freely and close sealed.
Reverse these steps to re-install the safety screen and door. Ensure safety screen is
installed correctly.

GLASS MAY BE HOT, DO NOT TOUCH GLASS UNTIL COOLED.
THE DOOR LATCHES ARE PART OF A SAFETY RELIEF SYSTEM AND MUST BE PROPERLY
ENGAGED. DO NOT OPERATE THE APPLIANCE WITH LATCHES DISENGAGED.
FACING AND/OR FINISHING MATERIALS MUST NOT INTERFERE WITH AIR FLOW THROUGH AIR
OPENINGS, LOUVRES OPENINGS, OPERATION OF LOUVRES OR DOORS OR ACCESS FOR
SERVICE. OBSERVE ALL CLEARANCES WHEN APPLYING COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS.
BEFORE DOOR IS REMOVED TURN THE APPLIANCE OFF AND WAIT UNTIL APPLIANCE IS COOL TO
THE TOUCH. DOORS ARE HEAVY AND FRAGILE SO HANDLE WITH CARE.

7.0 FINISHING
7.1 SAFETY SCREEN & DOOR INSTALLATION / REMOVAL
A barrier designed to reduce the risk of burns from the hot viewing glass is provided with the
appliance and must be installed.
Before the glass door can be removed, the safety screen must be removed. Release the screen from the
magnetic catch by pushing in at the bottom corners of the safety screen. Pivot the bottom of the safety screen
out of the top retainers.
