Limit CPUID Maximum

Enabled
If set to 'Enabled', the processor limits the maximum CPUID input value to 03h when queried, even if the
processor supports a higher CPUID input value.
If set to 'Disabled', the processor returns the actual maximum CPUID input value of the processor when queried.
Note:
Limiting the CPUID input value might be required for older operating systems that cannot handle the extra
CPUID information returned when using the full CPUID input value.
