• Where an oven is located under the appliance, the supply pipe or hose should lead along the cabinet’s back
corner to avoid touching the oven’s hot parts.
• The manufacturer bears no responsibility for damage caused to people or objects as a result of missing or
defective installation.
• The gas piping must be located so that it does not come into contact with the hot parts of the unit, without
deformations or excessive bends.
Connecting to the electric power source
• Only authorized personnel can install the connection!
• Check whether the mains voltage and
current protection
correspond to the values on the rating plate.
Use wall
outlets with safety pin.
• Where the appliance is not supplied with power supply cable with a plug, the line must have a switch or a circuit
breaker, with a disengaged contact distance min. 3 mm.
• The supply cable plug or the circuit breaker have to be freely accessible even after the installation of the unit.
• Do not use adapter plugs, connectors or extension cables. They could create a risk of fire due to overheating.
• The electrical safety of the unit can only be guaranteed if the protective terminal of the unit is connected to the
protective conductor of the mains.
• The manufacturer bears no responsibility for damage caused to people or objects as a result of a missing or bad
protective connection.
• The power cord must be located so that it does not come into contact with hot parts of the unit!
• When the unit is connected to a terminal box or electric power distribution terminal, follow the colour marking or
description of individual conductors.
• After fixation of the ends of the wires under the heads of the screws in the terminal box secure the cord with a clip
against pulling out.
Follow the installation instructions:
1. Remove all the covering and marketing materials from the unit before the first use.
2. The appliance is designed to be fixed into a cut-out kitchen board (28 – 40 mm thick), with thermo-resistant surfaces.
We recommend covering the surfaces created by cutting with a suitable varnish (e.g. silicone), or aluminium foil that
will reduce the humidity permeating the worktop.
3. The worktop must be installed horizontally and at the wall it must be sealed against leaking liquids. The appliance’s
bottom shelf need not be used with an in-built oven permanently installed. Ovens, the combustion products of
which could flow up under the gas heating plate, cannot be installed under the appliance without taking special
measures.
4. Measures of the desired hole in the worktop are on Fig. 7. Allow side gaps of min. 100 mm from the adjacent objects
and cabinets, from non-flammable materials and walls leave min. 50 mm (Fig. 8a, 8b). Allow a rear side gap of
minimum of 55 mm.
