Hot pots
• Avoid placing a hot pot on the control panel, the frame or any edge. The appliance could be damaged.
Salt, sugar, sand
• Salt, sugar or sand (e.g. from vegetables) may scratch the appliance‘s surface. Do not use the cooktop as
a workbench or a storage space.
Hard and sharp objects
• Falling hard and sharp objects may damage various parts of the appliance. Avoid placing items above the
cooktop.
Foils and plastics
• Aluminum foil and plastic pots can melt.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before the first use
Prior to operating a new unit for the first time wipe it with a wet and then a dry cloth.
Assemble carefully all the burners (Fig. 2) so that all the parts match correctly and the flame is even (Fig. 3).
